Attorney Melinda Gustafson Gervasi, founded Gustafson Gervasi Law Office, LLC in 2005. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison; a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Southern California, and a Law Degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

Melinda is a member of the Legal Association of Women, the former chairperson of the Dane County Ethics Board, author of the book Middle Class Philanthropist: How Anyone Can Leave a Legacy, and a former member of the Madison College Foundation Board of Directors.
In addition to her legal roles, Melinda volunteers her time and expertise in a variety of community settings, including teaching educational seminars on estate planning and probate for WWBIC, and being a steward of a neighborhood Little Free Library. When not practicing law Melinda enjoys coordinating the group Book Club with a Twist, traveling with her husband and children, and pausing to notice the small things through photography.

Appointments are available via phone, Zoom, and in-person. Our office follows local public health ordinances for COVID 19 and masking.
Our office is open during normal business hours, but appointments are required. Due to our small staff size, please call before dropping off materials to ensure someone is available to receive.
